COLLECTION DAYS:
1. Collection days are Monday and Thursday. Special arrangements can be made on individual cases.
2. All cancellations must be made by 9:30 am CST on date of collection by calling 402-366-6500/402-732-6777.
3. Orders may be placed Monday through Friday.

SHIPPING:
All semen is shipped UPS with Next Day Air delivery, unless otherwise stated.

BREEDING CERTIFICATES:
1. When ordering a breeding certificate, please have your herdmark, breeding date, and service sire ready before calling.
2. AI breeding certificates are individually priced at $25.

PAYMENT
1. All semen and AI Certificates purchased must be prepaid or prior arrangements made.
2. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY:
At A Cut Above we stand behind our product. We promise you that our semen leaves at the highest quality possible. In the event that a problem occurs, please contact us. We will handle each case on an individual basis. The semen you order is from the same collections that Terry Stade, Hirschfeld Livestock and Greg Norman will be using, so semen quality is our main priority. Exclusion of warranty: A Cut Above has the highest quality technology available, but cannot control the conditions under which the boar semen is used or the techniques used in application and, therefore, makes no warranties or representations beyond those made expressly herein. A Cut Above warrants that the product sold is of adequate quality and viability for breeding swine at the time it leaves A Cut Above. A Cut Above makes no guarantees, warranties or representations, either written or oral, expressed or implied. Specifically, A Cut Above, makes no guarantees concerning conception rate, breed purity, of sires, or health of the product. In the event that any of our products are damaged in shipment or prove to be defective, damaged resulting from their use shall be limited to the purchase value of the semen. In no event shall A Cut Above be liable for consequential damages.

OVERRUN SEMEN:
When semen collected exceeds orders, we will offer half off semen after 11:00 am CST on the collection day.

CONTRACT TERMS:
When 50% prepaid and prebooked receive the following discount on contracted semen

• 25 bottle contract save 20%, 50 bottle contract save 35%, 100 bottle contract save 50%
• Contracts are valid for three months.
• Commercial contracting • Terminal or Maternal Semen • $10 per dose
